What to know about fost
FOST is a community-based Non-governmental Organization registered as a Private Voluntary Organization (PVO 3/97) in Zimbabwe. We were among the first organizations globally to implement community-based programs for children affected by HIV and AIDS, with a special focus on farming communities.
Our Symbol
Our logo features the Mutamba tree, an indigenous fruit tree that grows throughout Zimbabwe, even in harsh conditions. Like this tree, which culturally belongs to everyone and may not be cut down, our programming is deeply rooted in communities and recognizes that orphaned children belong to all of us.
